In our Cleveland Heights neighborhoods, most of us live fairly close together. And when we live close together, we will, for better or worse, be affected by the actions of our neighbors!
So in Cleveland Heights, it’s particularly important that our neighborhoods function as communal places, where neighbors communicate and socialize and work together to make the neighborhood a better place.
